4th of July 2008

On the 4th this year, we gathered with the Ortner's at the Independence parade in the morning and then had a picnic and fishing outing at Fontana Park afterwards. It was a great time and all the kids had a blast seeing the animals, playing on the play ground equipment and fishing with their uncles/fathers and Grandpa Dick. That night we hung out with the Korsi's (our next door neighbors-Shannon, Kolin, Shaye a.k.a. Mack's girlfriend, and Kade). We went to Pizza Hut in Independence followed by the fireworks. They were awesome! I was very impressed and didn't remember them being so impressive the last time we went their on the 4th. All in all, a beautiful day and tons of fun:)
